Welcome to our website!
During the 20 years that we've produced gourmet apple products, we've incorporated a couple of non-apple items that complemented the line. In addition to our apple based products, for the past ten years we've also produced a line of mustards and salsas for wholesale-only markets. We are now combining our two distinct food lines under one name to better represent our products. We are proud of our French heritage and influence, though we believe our new name better represents our all-American products. The Shenandoah Valley of Virginia is home base for our business. A combination of our own heritage, plus the Germanic influence of the Valley's pioneering settlers and the prominent apple industry are all reflected in our current range of epicurean products. We invite you to visit us at one of our "Retail on the Road" events - arts and crafts shows in the region where we showcase our foods and offer samples. We do not have a retail area, but several local wineries and small shops carry our products.
